Shipping policy

Every Zoleado order is packed with care and shipped from Texas. Here is exactly what to expect, from checkout to your door.

Free Shipping

  • United States: free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
  • International: free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Pre-order and backorder items ship by the estimated date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. See our Pre-Order Policy.
  • If your order includes items that are ready at different times, we may ship it in more than one package.

Rates & Delivery Times

  • US Standard: $8.41 flat rate, free on orders of $75 or more. Delivery in 5-7 business days after your order ships.
  • International Standard: $20 flat rate, free on orders of $100 or more. Delivery in 7-21 business days depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
  • Customs processing can add time to delivery and is outside our control.

Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zoleado is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
  • Need to change your address? Email info@zoleado.com right away. We will do our best, but once an order has been processed we may not be able to update it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Zoleado is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address on the order. If this happens, we will send you the delivery confirmation, date, tracking details, and carrier information so you can follow up with the carrier.

  • Zoleado may update this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
