Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, deodorant marks, makeup marks, pet hair, or missing tags/packaging may be refused or sent back.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at returns@zoleado.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and (when applicable) a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping (Labels & Costs)

  • If you received a defective item, a damaged item, or the wrong item: we will provide a free return label and make it right (replacement or refund).

  • If the return is for reasons like fit, preference, or changed mind: we can provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund, unless we explicitly tell you otherwise.

Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend an exchange whenever possible.

  • Size exchanges (same item, different size): We offer one free size exchange per order (U.S. orders). We’ll provide a return label and ship the replacement once the original item is in transit or received (depending on inventory and timing).

  • Other exchanges (different item or price): We can help you exchange, but you may need to pay any difference in price and/or shipping.


Promotions, Buy One Get One Free (BOGO), and Free Items

Promotions apply to the order as a whole and must be handled as a bundle.

  • Full refunds on promo orders require returning all items from the promotion.

  • If you return only part of a BOGO / free-item order and keep any item from that promotion, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing (the discount is prorated across the items).

  • Free/promotional items have no cash value outside the promotion and cannot be refunded for their full retail price if the other promo item is kept.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personal care goods (beauty products), and hazardous materials/flammable liquids/gases

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund (this will be clearly marked at purchase). If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, contact us.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
