Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
By placing a pre-order with Zoleado Clothing Co., you agree to the following terms.
What Is a Pre-Order?
Zoleado may list items for pre-order when a product is in production, out of stock, or awaiting a new run. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated shipping date.
Payment
You will be charged in full at the time of purchase to secure your item. By placing a pre-order, you authorize Zoleado to charge your provided payment method at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. This date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production timelines can shift due to manufacturing, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will email you with an updated timeline.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships. To request a cancellation, email returns@zoleado.com with your order number.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive an automatic full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Once a pre-order item has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
Shipping Delays
Zoleado will make every effort to ship pre-order items as close to the estimated date as possible. If your item has not shipped within 14 days past the estimated date, you may request a full cancellation and refund by emailing returns@zoleado.com.
We may ship pre-orders in multiple shipments if some items are ready before others.
Your Responsibilities
Please ensure the email and shipping address on your order are accurate and up to date. Check your email (including spam) for pre-order status updates. To update your information before your item ships, contact info@zoleado.com.
Changes to These Terms
Zoleado reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued participation in a pre-order after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
