Some Zoleado pieces sell through before the next run lands. When that happens, we open pre-orders so you can lock yours in early. Here is exactly how it works.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an item that is in production, between runs, or temporarily out of stock. Every pre-order item is clearly marked on the product page with its estimated ship date, and that date is repeated in your order confirmation email.
Payment
Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout to reserve your item. By placing a pre-order, you authorize Zoleado to charge your payment method at that time.
Estimated Ship Date
The ship date shown is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production can shift with manufacturing, supplier availability, or circumstances outside our control. If there is a significant delay, we will email you an updated timeline.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email returns@zoleado.com with your order number.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive an automatic full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Once a pre-order item has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
Shipping Delays
We work to ship every pre-order as close to its estimated date as possible. If your item has not shipped within 14 days past the estimated date, you may request a full cancellation and refund by emailing returns@zoleado.com.
If your order includes items that are ready at different times, we may ship it in more than one package. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery times.
Your Responsibilities
Please make sure the email and shipping address on your order are accurate. Watch your inbox, including spam, for pre-order updates. To update your details before your item ships, contact info@zoleado.com.
Changes to These Terms
Zoleado may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continuing with a pre-order after an update means you accept the revised terms.
